JOB HIGHLIGHTS
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.
Responsibilities :
Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities , to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanupHelping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residentsBeing willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g. Memory Care, specific activity, etc.) as assignedCoordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events to include driving company vehicle when neededCommunicating effectively with residents and staffAdhering to company policies , procedures and safety guidelinesBenefits :

Requirements :
Required : Current, valid driver’s licenseRequired : Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirementsRequired : Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehiclesPreferred : Experience working with one or more of the following (or similar) : seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, demonstrated creative skillsLegend Senior Living is a drug free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion.
