About the Role :

As Head of Compliance at Perpay, you will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of our enterprise-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) in support of our mission to build inclusive financial products that improve the lives of our members. With the Perpay Credit Card, issued by Celtic Bank, and future innovations on the horizon, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape how compliance enables responsible innovation.

You will serve as a strategic partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to find creative, compliant paths to bring new ideas to life—balancing consumer protection, regulatory expectations, and business growth. You will also lead our efforts to strengthen and scale our BSA / AML compliance framework in alignment with evolving risk profiles and bank partner requirements.
