Technical Project Specialist

What does a successful Technical Project Specialist do?

As a Technical Project Specialist at Fiserv, you play a critical role in ensuring the success of our new client implementations within Bank Solutions. You will be responsible for installing new products or updates, providing technical product training, and supporting clients throughout the implementation process. Your expertise and dedication help us deliver outstanding financial services experiences.

What you will do :

• Perform remote and / or on-site software installations and deployments.
• Provide follow-up product support and troubleshooting via telephone, email, and web-based contact channels.
• Submit requests to various teams to build and configure the product / environment for the client.
• Deliver professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, support items, and product implementation services.
• Track, organize, and document all product implementation and support-related activities thoroughly.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation (hardware / software requirements, end-user information, internal procedures).
• Develop and maintain full knowledge of Fiserv products and services while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
