We are seeking a Mammo Tech Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Imaging Services at Emanuel Medical Center. This role combines technical radiology expertise with leadership responsibilities and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong people management, operational oversight, and workflow coordination experience.

The supervisor will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficiency across radiologic procedures, especially mammography. This includes supervising technologists and support staff, optimizing workflow, conducting training, evaluating staff performance, and participating in hiring and disciplinary processes.

Required Qualifications :

• California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• ARRT Certification – Must include both RT (Radiologic Technology) and M (Mammography)
• Associate of Science (AS) in Radiologic Technology (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
• Minimum of 3+ years clinical imaging experience, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, and CDPH standards
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
