Part-Time Handyman

The Part-Time Handyman will perform general repair, maintenance, and light construction work for commercial clients in the New Haven area. The ideal candidate has a broad range of skills and takes pride in completing work efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations

Handle carpentry, painting, drywall.

Diagnose problems and determine appropriate repair methods

Ensure all work meets safety standards and client expectations

Maintain tools, materials, and company equipment in good condition

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Complete work orders and document completed tasks

Qualifications

Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or similar role

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Must have reliable transportation and basic tools

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule : Part-time, flexible hours (approximately 1525 hours per week)

Pay : Competitive hourly rate based on experience
