Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen / Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities : Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and / or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and / or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, assess kitchen and / or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up measures, discuss room designs, and make purchasing recommendations.

Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.

Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment.

Support the three store priorities to drive sales and meet department and store goals.
