Position Summary :

The Cabinet Installer is responsible for accurately installing custom millwork based on shop drawings and site conditions. This role involves cutting materials assembling components and resolving issues such as machining errors or unclear instructions using both hand and power tools.

What Youll Be Doing

• Perform all cabinet installations with the ability to reason and to understand and carry out written illustrated or oral instructions.
• Examine installation site and study shop drawings and / or blueprints to determine specifications instructions materials dimensions position tools and assembly methods as required.
• Load and unload supplies tools and / or equipment.
• Cut materials and components to size using power saws or hand saws.
• Join component parts together or attaches components to structure or building using screws bolts nails and hand tools and power tools.
• Have strong ability to solve problems regarding machining mistakes unclear shop drawings etc.
