Position Overview

We are looking for a bilingual (English & Chinese) Marketing Specialist who is passionate about building from 01 and excited about joining a high-growth, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for digital advertising execution, content creation, creative asset production, and social media operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook / Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Produce creative marketing materials, including graphics, copywriting, landing pages, and short-form content.
• Lead and execute Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing operations, including content planning, posting, and influencer coordination.
• Analyze ad performance data to improve ROI and overall marketing efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, operations, enrollment) to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Assist with local event promotion and community marketing when needed.
• Contribute ideas and solutions in a high-growth environment; comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
