Automation Personnel Services is looking for Pipe Pullers for a company based in Houston, Texas . In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing, woman-owned manufacturer of pipe manufacturing and fabrication company.

Pay Rate

$16.00 / $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Saturday, 7 : 00am to 7pm

40+ hours a week, sometimes over 60 hours per week.

Pipe Puller Duties and Responsibilities

• Operated overhead crane machinery to lift and transport products, supporting continuous production flow.
• Inspected molds, tools, and equipment regularly to detect and address potential issues
• Prepared and set up molds, promptly reporting mechanical or setup concerns to the supervisor
• Reviewed machine displays to identify correct stencil and barcode data for each pipe
• Verified work order details—including physical files and entries in the GURUSOFT system before initiating tasks
• Maintained a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with operational standards
• Identified and escalated equipment malfunctions and quality defects to supervisory personnel
• Recorded and updated pipe specifications accurately within pipe files and the GURUSOFT system
