Janitorial Manager
The incumbent is responsible for, but is not limited to, working closely with the Facility Manager and customer personnel in the management and oversight of our Janitorial Business Partners and their employees who are performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas. Basic responsibilities may include any combination of the following tasks but are not limited to : training, mentoring, directing, inspection of janitorial tasks, reporting completion of periodic work such as window washing, hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing), carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting), pressure washing, inventory management. Janitorial Manager must monitor cleaning quality throughout the client campus by assessing efficacy of janitorial route plans, ensuring C&W SOP's are being followed, conducting inspections and following up on customer complaints to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Pay : $100,000
