The Department of Family Medicine is seeking a Family Medicine Physician faculty member to work within Highland Family Medicine where there are ample opportunities for faculty development within a robust tradition of mentorship. Teaching and clinical supervision of family medicine residents and fellows, medical students and other trainees is an integral part of this position. Duties may at times include any combination of the following : Patient care, teaching, independent or sponsored research, administrative duties, community outreach, and University-related public service. The exact distribution of these responsibilities will vary from time to time according to University, department, and division needs, your interests, and your career trajectory. In general, this applicant will be expected to be a productive member of the University community, whether productivity is measured by patient care, active research, teaching, and / or administrative service.

The referenced pay range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base range of compensation for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries. Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.
