Volleyball Coach / Instructor

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and dependable Volleyball Coaches / Instructors to join our Columbus team. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead players in weekend practices and game play while delivering the i9 Sports Experience— a positive, safe, and fun sports environment where kids build skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

Lead age-appropriate practice sessions with a focus on fundamentals, skill-building, and fun

Teach and model core values like sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect

• Communicate clearly with players and families about schedules, expectations, and updates
• Create a safe, encouraging environment that builds athlete confidence
• Deliver a great customer experience to parents and players every week
