Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk

Union City, CA (onsite)

7+Month Contract

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of accounts payable experience

Working knowledge of SAP financial modules preferred

Experience with Concur and indexing invoices in SAP

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, charts, complex formulas), Word, and general MS Office applications

Accurate data entry and 10-key skills

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and federal regulations

Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of invoices

Ability to use high-level math (fractions, algebra, statistics, some calculus)

Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and follow direction from senior staff

Physical ability to sit, type, bend, stand, and occasionally lift / push / pull up to 20 lbs
