As Finance Manager, NAM Operations is a position on the FP&A team, located at the company's global headquarters in Wilmington, DE, USA. You will support the FP&A activities across the North America region and act as the main business partner to Operational Supply Chain leaders in the region. The primary objectives will include providing financial support for results / analytics / forecasting such as (but not limited to) :

• Plant spending and production volume output
• Transportation and Warehouse network spending
• Project and productivity validations from a finance perspective
• Business partnering with operations and other counterparts to drive business results and meet financial targets
• Functional SG&A spending control
• Liaison with others in finance and commercial / product management to explain product costing trends / changes
• Participate in and enable successful M&A projects as they move onto our SAP platform

As Finance Manager, NAM Operations role you will have 2 direct reports and 1 indirect report that covers the NAM geography.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $121,500.00 and $202,500.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
