Responsibilities : As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Your primary duties will include :

Project Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.

Team Leadership : Manage and motivate project teams, including technicians, subcontractors, and support staff. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members to achieve project goals.

Budget Management : Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Quality Assurance : Maintain high-quality standards for project deliverables and services. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Client Communication : Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress. Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Reporting : Generate comprehensive project status reports and present them to senior management. Keep stakeholders informed about project performance, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC, construction, or related industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and industry practices is a plus.
• 5-10 years of HVAC Project Management experience.
