Consumer Services Team Support
This position supports our internal Consumer Services team by assisting with the resolution of consumer issues through written correspondence (email, chat, product reviews). Applicants should be adept at multi-tasking and navigating multiple systems in order to locate information and provide accurate resolutions quickly to consumers on a number of SMG brands for a large number of products.
