Ambulatory RN presence and support in the clinic in addition to dedicated Medical Assistant to physicians while seeing patients MD or DO Degree BC / BE in Family Medicine

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Department of Family Medicine as a Core Faculty in the Dignity Health East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona.
Opportunity Highlights :
- Outpatient + Inpatient
- Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days
- Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
- Call is 1 : 4 or less (by telephone only)
- Outpatient : 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week
- Inpatient : Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week)
- Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days
- Great MA support + RN onsite
- Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
- Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
- Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects
