Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Heat Treat Helper to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga. This role is essential to our operations, offering an excellent working environment and leadership support to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in heat treat applications for titanium, nickel-based alloys, stainless, and alloy steels.
• Operate, adjust, and perform routine maintenance on furnace controllers.
• Move parts on and off pallets.
• Read and interpret shop order instructions, specifications, and other instructions.
• Load and unload furnaces and place workpieces into heating furnaces for specified periods.
• Learn to perform hardness inspections and read conversion tables (ASTM E140).
• Prepare load couples and grind parts.
• Understand and follow company procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe and organized workstation and adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

Work Environment

The role operates within a production environment, both inside the department and outside. The position includes working on the 3rd shift from 8pm to 4 : 30am. Expect a hot production setting and collaborative work with the Maintenance team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
