Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. The Raytheon Operations / Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our team as the Program Cost Controls Analyst (P2) supporting the PATRIOT portfolio of programs within the Land and Air Defense (LADS) strategic business unit (SBU). The successful candidate will be a key member of the Material Execution Finance team and have responsibility for overseeing the Supply Chain financials for several programs as a Material Execution Program Analyst. The scope of work includes material EAC development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost runs. This includes participating in the control of costs and schedules on contracts that utilize product based EVMS through APEX / SAP EV management reporting tools. You will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
What You Will Do
- Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis including costs, risks and opportunities at the Program and SBU level.
- Perform detailed financial analysis for both total program and SBU cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positions.
- Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates for new business proposals and assist Estimating and Program Analysts in developing rationale for basis of estimates.
- Development and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in APEX / SAP, Budget preparation and monthly Earned Value reporting.
