Role Description

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Conduct individual coaching sessions with physical therapists to foster growth and maintain clinical excellence.

Manage staff scheduling, including PTO requests and clinic hours.

Lead recruitment, hiring, and personnel management decisions.

Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinic growth and strategic development.

Monitor and analyze clinic performance, including budget management and KPI achievement.

Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with other healthcare providers.

Oversee and conduct quarterly and yearly performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Engage in community outreach and events to promote clinic services.

Support clinic cleanliness, safety, and organization, maintaining a high standard of care.

Basic Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Valid license to practice physical therapy in Arizona (in good standing).

Minimum 2 years of full-time clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.

Strong understanding of budgeting, clinic operations, and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

For internal applicants : must be in good standing with Impact Physical Therapy.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting.

Hiring and interview experience is a plus.

Strong commitment to adhering to and promoting Impact Physical Therapy's core values.

Competitive Compensation :  $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience

Work Location : In-person at our Peoria clinic.
