Customer Solutions Engineer (Chicago)

Wells Street Growth is searching for a Customer Solutions Engineer on behalf of a client. Our client is a disrupter in the payments processing industry, with a product that allows businesses and their customers to receive funds instantly.

As their client base grows, there is a need to add a technical customer success professional to the team. There are three high level areas of responsibility that this person will have :

• Help customers solve both non-technical and technical issues related to the platform
• Contribute to increased platform usage / revenue by working towards customer retention and identifying opportunities to upsell
• Aid in building a sustainable customer solutions practice

Skills that will make someone successful in the role :

This role carries an expectation to be onsite in Chicago's West Loop neighborhood 4 days per week. We will be prioritizing candidates who are currently local to the Chicago area during the search.
