About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP / National Closing Manager to oversee the loan closing process, ensuring quality customer service and timely closings. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the closing function, coordinating day-to-day operations, and developing policies and procedures that are consistent across all locations. This role involves close collaboration with senior lenders, underwriters, borrowers, and various legal and compliance teams. The SVP / National Closing Manager will also be tasked with supervising the ordering, reviewing, and negotiating of loan documents, as well as perfecting the company's interest from approval to funding. Applicants for the SVP / National Closing Manager position at the company should have a Master's degree or equivalent, or more than ten years of related experience, and a strong background in lending operations and closing procedures. The role requires a candidate who is adept at strategic planning, has a proven track record in pipeline management, and is experienced in developing and executing quality control processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of influencing their own development and passionate about their work. Key skills include the ability to communicate effectively, mentor and train staff, and maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulations. The role also involves a significant amount of supervision, including hiring, training, and performance management of employees.
