Sales Trainer

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer-SaaS to train and coach sales professionals in the beauty and salon industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deliver tailored training materials and resources for sales teams

Onboard new sales team members and facilitate product and sales training sessions

Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous development

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of proven experience in sales with a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques

Previous experience in a sales training role for SDRs, AEs, or call center sales professionals required
