job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDesign and implement real-time personalization strategies for existing and new customers across various channels (e.g., online and offline channels). Integrate real-time data streams (e.g., website behavior, location data, purchase history) to deliver personalized experiences. Design and integrate rules-based and machine learning-based personalization models. Data Ingestion & Orchestration : Develop and manage data pipelines for ingesting and enriching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data. Cross-functional Collaboration : Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders. Deep understanding of MarTech stack, including Tealium, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target. Expertise in CDPs (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP). Experience : 7+ years of experience in MarTech development and architecture with a strong focus on media marketing, customer data, real-time personalization, and CDP implementations. Expertise in Tealium / Adobe, GCP, Kafka, Pega, and Adobe Target. Expertise in CDPs (e.g., Tealium CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP). Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages. Experience with data integration tools and technologies. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP).
