The Senior Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving operational and financial excellence across the organization. This role oversees budget planning and monitoring, leads process and quality improvements, and ensures alignment with financial tools such as OnePlan and Hyperion. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and collaboration, while supporting the organization's customer-centric and innovative goals through data-driven decision-making and effective training programs.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Budget Management
• Lead quarterly budget cycles, ensuring timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission aligned with corporate standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop long-term financial forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure consistency and reconciliation between OnePlan and Hyperion systems, maintaining clarity in budget targets and baselines.
• Communicate budget expectations effectively, engaging stakeholders throughout the planning process.
• Budget Monitoring
• Conduct regular financial reviews using Hyperion extracts to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, including Azure savings reviews and Vega platform efficiencies.
• Deliver clear, actionable financial performance insights to senior leadership.
• Operational Excellence
• Champion quality and process improvement initiatives that meet or exceed internal and external standards.
• Ensure security compliance across operations, adhering to relevant frameworks and regulations.
• Oversee the One Pager Process for timely and effective communication of operational updates.
• Lead PI Planning sessions aligned with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles, driving agile transformation.
• Integrate custom-funded projects with core operational processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Metrics Tracking and Reporting
• Manage and enhance PowerBI dashboards for real-time tracking of key operational and financial metrics.
• Monitor milestone achievements across major initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Provide data-driven updates and recommend strategic actions based on performance trends.
• Process Improvements and Change Management
• Lead process improvement efforts using Azure DevOps Services (ADS) and OnePlan to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement robust change management practices to support adoption of new tools and processes.
• Conduct scenario planning to evaluate the impact of proposed changes and inform strategic decisions.
• Continuously align operational processes with best practices and organizational goals.
• Training and Development
• Design and deliver process-based training programs to build team capabilities and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate SAFe-specific training to support agile transformation and empower teams with necessary tools.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
