Opportunity

High-impact leadership role to build and scale a best-in-class Accounts Payable (AP) department. This is a rare chance to create an amazing team, design scalable processes, and drive operational excellence from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AP team
• Design and implement AP policies, procedures, and workflows
• Lead advanced ERP / AP automation implementations (Coupa, SAP Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday)
• Optimize invoice processing, T& E, payments, 1099s, and vendor management
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement programs
• Ensure SOX / GAAP compliance and support audits
