Internal Medicine physician job in California : Bakersfield, Fresno and surrounding area

Salary Range : $255,000.00 To $300,000.00 Annually. $50,000 sign on bonus along with productivity incentives

Join a well-established group that is looking for a full-time Primary Care Physician to medical services in the community. Phone call taken from home once every quarter.

Job Duties :

• Assumequalityofcareforallpatients.
• Adhere to the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, and professionalism at all times.
• Assist the Chief Clinical Services Officerinestablishing medical policies quality improvementprocedures,evaluatingcurrentpractices,policiesandprocedures.
• Recommendchangesinallclinicalareas,and / oringeneralareastoimprovethepatient flow,medicalrecords,billingpractices,andappointmentpractices.
• Assist the Chief Clinical Services Officerindesigning, implementing and evaluating educationalprogramsfor patientsandclinicalstaff.
• Responsibleforthedirectingandsupervisingtheclinicalstaff,asappropriate.
• Learn computer skills, also standard office software applications (Word, Excel).
