What You Will Do

The Health Care Vertical Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Johnson Controls' security offerings within the health care vertical market segment. This role involves leveraging relationships and closing new business while ensuring customer retention. The individual will serve as the Johnson Controls security brand steward, articulating our story and demonstrating our commitment to providing innovative security solutions that enhance safety and operational efficiency. The Health Care Vertical Account Executive will secure profitable sales and upgrades to health care clients, maximizing customer satisfaction and retention through initiating post-installation follow-ups. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of our security offerings and services.

Salary Range : HIRING SALARY RANGE : $64k-85k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
