As a Treasury Analyst, you will work within the Finance team. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of bank account management and account funding.

Your Success Profile What You Will Work On

Assist with the opening and management of international bank accounts. This includes entering payments, and assisting with online banking platforms globally

Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments.

Maintain positive banking relationships with depository banks

Work closely with the international accounting team to ensure that our accounts across all international subsidiaries are accurately funded for our monthly obligations.

Assist with developing a cross-border funding strategy that minimizes the transaction / FX fees paid and reduces the time to fund subsidiaries across markets.

Collaborate with various stakeholders across the company to strengthen our current treasury processes (e.g., collections, payments) across multiple entities.

Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.

Assist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with ad-hoc information requests as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant in Treasury. Global experience is a plus

Banking knowledge and familiarity with various banking platforms and financial regulations.

Detailed expertise in treasury / cash management flow, assets

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Ad-hoc reporting

Experience in preparing payments.

Adhere to month-end reconciliation of all cash-related transactions, month-end processes, and all related journal entries.

Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Audit, Accounting) with information requests as needed.

Strong technical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $86,000.00 to $94,600.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
