Utility Locate Auditor-Hybrid

Forge ahead with WSB. We are seeking Utility Locate Auditor to add to our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting safe accurate utility operations by traveling between worksites across the Denver area to audit locate work and ensure compliance with standards. We are looking for a detail-driven professional who is comfortable working independently in the field has strong communication skills and is committed to quality and safety. This remote role requires use of a personal vehicle with a monthly stipend and reimbursement at .70 per mile. What you will do :

• Assist with construction inspection and distribution utility oversight activities as skills and project needs evolve including verifying materials as-built conditions and adherence to design standards.
• Select and apply appropriate locating and geophysical equipment (e.g. electromagnetic GPR) to accurately identify and map underground utilities.
• Visually confirm utility depths and alignments.
• Complete field documentation legibly and accurately including sketches utility logs daily reports and safety forms.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager project team and client field representatives.
• Coordinate with utility company representatives and other stakeholders to verify facility data and resolve field discrepancies.
• Inspect assigned tools and equipment prior to use and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Monitor worksite conditions and exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions are identified.
• Utilize company-issued technology (such as iPads or GPS units) for data collection inspection documentation and project tracking.
