Chipton-Ross is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer 2 for a contract opportunity in Ridley Park, PA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE) :

Structural Analysis Experience, classical analysis and finite element analysis experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

Performs basic structural analysis using well defined analysis tools to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance. Supports test execution and analyzes / reports test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications. Defines and documents certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analyzing improvements. Works under general supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

Familiarity with client tools.

Aerospace analysis experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

WORK HOURS : Full-Time

1st Shift- 06 : 00am-03 : 00pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
