Contract

Business Analysis, Agile Way of Working, LifeScience, BSP, Clinical trial overview and data standards

Technical Skills

1.Proficient with business analysis and process improvement tools (Jira, Confluence, Google suite).

2.Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and experience working with development teams to deliver solutions.

3.Skilled in creating clear documentation using tools like Word, Excel, or specialized software like Lucidchart for process modeling.

4.Familiarity with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar for reporting.

Soft Skills

1.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep curiosity to understand the why behind processes.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

3.A proactive, energetic approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, evolving environment.
