Some background of reporting workflow and Institutional Client Reporting Knowledge of one or more functions (Nice to have) : IBOR Security Master Performance & Attribution Risk Downstream Client Reporting Downstream Applications (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Risk etc.)
Strong BA person who has strong understanding of Asset Management domain.
Strong knowledge of Investment Management domain, Investments data, Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) and Aladdin Data
Good experience with Data Mapping in Snowflake data platform
Understanding of Aladdin Green Package
Must have :
- Ideally a BA / PM who can understand the why, what and how of things and push through the project delivery / execution independently with inputs from stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Investment Management domain, Investments data, Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) and Aladdin Data
- Good understanding of Aladdin Green Package
- Good experience with Data Mapping in Snowflake data platform
- Highly self-driven with focus on getting this done
- Ability to see through upcoming risks on the project and awareness to drive through the risk while managing the cross-functional project team.
- Impactful communicator and leader who can express appropriately in front of senior and executive leadership
- End to end hands-on experience from inception to launch of strategic projects with clear-cut understanding of PM deliverables and ownership of project plan / timelines etc.
- Excellent at agile project management with ability to structure JIRA boards, epics and JIRA stories; and running agile ceremonies (Note : BA will write stories. PM is not expected to write stories.)
- Strong at building relationship with technology and business stakeholders with tenacity to handle pressure situations
- Asset Management / Investment management background
