Business Operations & Strategy Associate

Contentful is looking for an Associate to join the Business Operations and Strategy (BOS) team to help scale our business. One of the primary responsibilities of this role is developing and executing Pricing & Packaging strategy (in support of our broader corporate strategy). You will work closely with teams across the organization to understand business performance, set strategy, and drive business growth.

This is a hybrid role where office attendance in Denver is expected 2-3 days per week.

What to Expect

Strategy Development :

• Support developing and executing the company's overall pricing and packaging strategy for all products and services.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor pricing, market trends, and industry benchmarks (including identifying broader shifts in pricing models / new approaches to monetization).
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing with product roadmaps, GTM strategies, and financial goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Flexibility : Be willing and able to support beyond Pricing & Packaging to support broader corporate strategy efforts (including, but not limited to, supporting M&A strategy and execution and Product / GTM strategy)

Colorado Salary Statement : The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example.

Colorado Salary Range : $112,000 - $152,000 [This position is eligible for equity awards in accordance with the terms of Contentful's equity plans.]
