Hourly Pay Rate : $23 to $28 depending on experience

Schedule : Monday Friday 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Weekends off!

Embark Behavioral Health is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to manage the intake process for families pursuing residential treatment for their this role youll be a key point of contact for caregivers during a critical moment in their journey helping them navigate options and take the next step toward care. Youll coordinate with internal teams manage high call volumes and ensure admissions are completed accurately and on time. Your work directly influences access to treatment making a measurable difference in the lives of youth and their families.

Responsibilities

• Educate families about Embarks services assess student fit present cases to the clinical team and advocate for both the student and their family throughout the admissions process within a fast-paced environment
• Guide families through financials insurance documentation and program logistics to ensure a smooth admissions experience
• Plan and coordinate admissions in collaboration with the Admissions Director and program ADC maintaining awareness of bed availability and census needs
• Serve as a communication bridge between clinical UR and leadership teams sharing updates trends and strategic insights
• Document all calls emails and activities with accuracy and timeliness
• Organize and lead family and referral partner tours in partnership with the DCP
• Provide appropriate resources and referrals to families who are not a fit for Embark programs
