Mars Petcare- Columbus, OH is looking for a Maintenance Technical Lead - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay :

• Hourly Rate : $43.27- $57.69 / HR (based on experience)
• Shift Premium : $1.50 / HR
• Sign-On Bonus : $5,000K

What do we Manufacture?

What is the required shift?

Rotating shift between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift (must be available for all three)

Job Purpose?

Responsible for providing efficient, safe, and reliable leadership to the shift maintenance team. This role involves indirect management, planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the sites manufacturing equipment, utilities, and factory infrastructure.
