Epoxy Installer – Fort Wayne, IN (and surrounding areas)

Pay : $20–$28 / hour (based on experience)

Location :  2020 E Washington Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46803

Jack Laurie Group is seeking an experienced Epoxy Installer to join our growing team in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas ! We’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, works well with others, and delivers high-quality results.

What You’ll Do :

Install all types of fluid-applied flooring systems and some polished concrete

Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, patching, and cleaning

Mix and apply coatings according to specifications

Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in epoxy or fluid-applied flooring

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
