Design Director

A company is looking for a Design Director to lead creative vision and strategic direction for AI-powered design projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute creative strategy for multi-platform campaigns, presenting bold ideas to clients and stakeholders

Build and mentor a team of designers and motion artists, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring quality standards

Collaborate with creative leads to develop concepts from initial brief to final execution, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence

Qualifications :

8-12 years of experience in design and creative leadership roles, preferably in creative agencies or studios

Proven experience managing and developing creative teams, with strong leadership capabilities

Exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and innovative motion work

Advanced proficiency in creative direction and technical knowledge of design tools like After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with generative design tools and AI-powered workflows is highly preferred
