🎯 What You’ll Do

✨ Office Support (your organized side will shine!)

  • Welcome visitors and answer calls with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Keep the office running smoothly — scheduling, filing, organizing, and handling mail like a pro.
  • Help maintain calendars, meeting schedules, and supply inventory.
  • Assist with HR tasks like onboarding packets, forms, and document updates.
  • Create clean, polished documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Be the friendly go-to person everyone can count on.

    • 💬 eCommerce Customer Service (your customer-first superpower!)

  • Respond to customer messages through eDesk and marketplace portals (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Help customers with order questions, tracking updates, returns, refunds, and replacements.
  • Process RMAs and work with the warehouse to resolve product issues quickly.
  • Keep detailed notes and follow up to ensure every customer feels supported.
  • Maintain positive service metrics and help protect seller ratings.

    • Spot trends and share feedback to help improve our products and processes.

    ⭐ What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of office or customer service experience (eCommerce experience = bonus points!).
  • Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional.
  • A naturally organized, detail-focused brain.
  • Tech comfort : Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketplace portals.
  • The ability to multitask without breaking a sweat.

    • A teamwork-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
