Job Overview

The Shipping Lead is responsible for real time analysis, coordination and balance of Shipping Operations including allocation of picking / loading tasks. Other responsibilities will include :

• Recording and reporting of outbound deliveries.
• Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provides administrative support for the Shipping Managers.
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems.
• Support Picking and Loading operation as needed.
• Under direct supervision of the DC Shipping Managers. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for unreviewed decision-making.
• All other duties as assigned.

Schedule : Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed), 9 : 30PM start time

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities :

$22.00 - $25.00 / hour (Based on experience)
