Family Nurse Practitioner - Northern Illinois Primary Care / Walk-in Clinic

With demand for services through the roof, the incoming provider will ramp up quickly. The patient demographic is young, so this is a perfect place for a provider who wants a true range of all ages including pediatrics and adolescents. Enjoy a fully integrated healthcare model and an organization with a patient first mission. The ideal candidate is a Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified with an Illinois license!

• 100% outpatient
• Nice mix of walk-in and primary care
