Join our Orlando team as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Engineering and Landscape Architecture groups. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors, you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficient office systems, coordinating events, and supporting project teams. Your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills will help ensure that both day-to-day tasks and larger initiatives flow seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage phones, visitors, mail, and schedulingMaintain files, conference rooms, and office resourcesSupport onboarding, event coordination, and vendor relationsAssist financial services with accounts payable and administrative tasksProvide proactive support to staff and leadership teamsWhat We're Looking For
2+ years as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skillsClear and professional communication, both written and verbalDependable, resourceful, and proactive team playerQualifications
High School diploma or GED requiredKnowledge of the architecture / engineering industry highly preferred#LI-WW1
