A company is looking for a Loan Processor, Assumption.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and process documents for underwriting applications for loan assumptions

Maintain communication with customers, realtors, and assuming parties throughout the loan processing period

Verify loan documents and ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Required Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent; higher degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing

Detailed knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans

Proficient in calculating income and assets

Current knowledge of mortgage loan processing required
