Job Description : As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for :

• Assisting healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Recording patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
• Administering medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
• Performing basic laboratory tests and collecting specimens.
• Providing patient education and instructions for follow-up care.
• Managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
• Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones and handling patient inquiries.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
