Job Description : Do you love working with children and families? The Pediatric Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a warm, friendly, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented, small-office environment. Strong communication, professionalism, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and administer medications with a smile.
• Lab Work : Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures
• Communication : Connect with patients and their families ensuring clear and compassionate communication.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, because every detail matters.
• Clinical Support : Assist the pediatrician with clinical tasks and patient management, becoming an essential part of the care team.
• Organized Environment : Keep our work environment clean and organized, creating a welcoming space for everyone.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients and their families, making every visit a positive experience.
• Medication Administration : Administer medications and immunizations contributing to patient health and safety.
• EMR Documentation : Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR), keeping patient information up-to-date.
• Inventory Management : Help maintain inventory, including vaccines and medical supplies, ensuring we are always prepared.
