HVAC Controls Account Executive (Atlanta, GA)

Summary :

An established Commercial HVAC Service Company is looking to hire a HVAC Controls Account Executive out of their Atlanta office. The company provides HVAC Services throughout Florida and Georgia and is looking to expand their team in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors engineers and property owners.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Perform estimating tasks including calculations for materials engineering software development system startup and subcontractor labor costs.
• Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Manage client accounts and maintain communication with customers.
• Coordinate with various construction teams and trades.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as engineers programmers project managers and field technicians.
• Handle requests for change orders and adjust project scope as necessary.
• Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design schematics and specifications.
• Able to assess and inspect mechanical equipment and control systems.
