We're seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our hybrid-remote team. In this role, you'll engage prospective and existing clients, uncover their insurance needs, and offer tailored coverage solutions that truly protect what matters most.

$24-30 / hour base pay, based on experience

Responsibilities

Sell auto and home insurance policies based on client needs

Conduct personalized insurance reviews and uncover cross-sell opportunities

Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale

Prospect new leads and follow up consistently

Maintain accurate records of quotes, sales, and customer communications

Requirements

Basic knowledge of insurance products and coverage types

Strong listening skills to identify customer needs

Confident in presenting solutions and closing sales
