  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Generate timely and accurate quotes on industrial hardware / fasteners (i.e. source pricing and lead time) with appropriate follow-up with customers.
  • Process customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner through various sales channels (email phone e-commerce).
  • Work directly with assigned customers providing timely appropriate and accurate responses to requests and inquiries.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts (pricing delivery quality issues).
  • Identify and recommend innovative solutions based on the customers needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the distribution / fastener / electronic hardware industry is preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound requests from prospective and existing customers.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Experience working with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar distribution ERP system preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required secondary degree preferred.
