A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Commercial (Remote-US).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR partner to the North American Sales Leader and SVP of Marketing Strategy, addressing HR needs and ensuring policy compliance
Track and monitor KPIs related to productivity and turnover, partnering with HR leadership to resolve issues
Manage full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles and collaborate on onboarding programs for new hires
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
5+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
Willingness and ability to travel at least 10% of the time
