We are a privately held, vertically integrated manufacturer offering machining, fabrication, welding, and powder coating services under one roof. In operation for over 30 years, we've grown to a 60+ person team known for precision, efficiency, and long-term relationships with both employees and customers.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a production manager to help oversee daily production, manage key customer accounts, and support succession planning as a senior production leader transitions toward retirement. This is a hands-on leadership role with visibility across machining, fabrication, and finishing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery.
• Assist operations manager with scheduling, production oversight, and floor management.
• Coordinate quoting and cost estimates using Paperless Parts (materials, outside services, baseline costs).
• Track and allocate production time to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Serve as the link between customer service and production teams.
• Work closely with senior production leadership to prepare for long-term succession.
